How To Play Cheater's Chess!

Goal: Capture/Kill your opponent's King just like in regular Chess. Oh, but you're allowed to use any of the following cheats.

"Chaos Storm": Before the game begins, either player may declare a "Chaos Storm" and divide the board in half with something that hides their pieces from the opposing players. Each player is given 30 seconds to rearrange their half of the board anyway they wish. When the time is up the game begins and the pieces are revealed to each player. (Half the board is a 4x8 area)

"Schools/Apprenticeships": Instead of moving a piece during your turn, you may have a piece become a "Master" (It had to of been moved at least 3 times for this to be possible) and choose an adjacent piece you control to become its "Apprentice".
While a piece is an Apprentice, it can do anything it's Master can do with limitations. For example: a Pawn, with a Rook for a Master, can now move forward, backward, left, and right, but only by 1 space at a time. Also, it's capture move remains the same. If the Master dies it's Apprentices cannot be used during your next turn.
If the Master remains alive after the next turn it was made a Master, it can Apprentice another adjacent piece. If a Master creates 2 or more Apprentices, it turns into a "School" and can no longer move or be used, but now you may turn any of your pieces adjacent to it into an Apprentice once a turn instead of moving a piece.
Schools can only be defeated with a queen or king. An apprenticed King can capture kings.

"Shadow Pawn Jutsu!": Only 2 of your Pawns can use this power. Instead of moving a piece during your turn, you may sacrifice one of your Pawns with this power and place any of your other pieces in its place. (The new piece cannot move that turn).

"Dicey Dodge": A random player starts with a 6 sided die. You may roll a 6 sided die to determine how many spaces that a selected piece can move this turn. (Must be a piece you control) This cheat can only be applied if your opponent is about to capture your piece. If a player uses a die it is given to the opposite player afterwards and only a player with a die may use this cheat.
The selected piece must still move in its movement pattern. The piece that you dodged still moves as though it was capturing said piece.

"Treason": If a Pawn is blocking another Pawn, and it remains blocked for 3 full turn rotations, either player may select the opponent's piece and declare Treason! Thus giving them control of the opponent's Pawn.

"The Floor Is Lava!": If all of your pieces are on the same color, you may declare "The Floor Is Lava!" Any piece that is not on the same color as the ones your pieces are on, will die after your next turn. (You must have 8 or more pieces to use this cheat).

"Resurrection!": If you've lost all of 1 type of piece, you can revive 1 of them, but your opponent chooses which and chooses a location adjacent to a piece they choose. You can only use this cheat once a game. You can't resurrect a queen. (You may sneak dead pieces back onto the board (including a queen, but if you're caught doing it, your opponent can take any piece off the board they want except a King.)

"Sneaky Snek": You can move pieces when it's not your turn, but if you're caught doing so, you lose that piece. If you've lost 3 pieces this way, then you begin losing turns in addition to losing the moved piece. (Being caught doing so means being caught in the act)

"Plague": If your Pawn is taken, you can declare it had the Plague and take whichever piece took it after the end of your opponents 3rd turn. If a piece that has the Plague is captured, you may infect the piece that captured it with the Plague.

"Pawn Flip!": If you have a piece directly behind a pawn you control then you may declare "Pawn Flip" and have those two pieces swap positions. Unless you put your opponent in Check with this move, then your turn continues as normal.

"Timeshare Scam": Up to 3 of your pawns can share the same space as another piece you control but if either would be taken, both are taken.

"Checkered Past": You may place a piece from outside the game that isn't a chess piece onto the board anywhere within your first row. That piece can move in any direction, but must always move 2 spaces at a time in one direction at a time. That piece cannot capture pieces until after its reached the far side of the board. (It's capture is the same as its movement). That piece cannot be captured, but a piece may be placed on top of it (or in the same space as it) preventing it from moving. That piece cannot be apprenticed or be a master. Your pieces can move over it but it is blocked by your pieces. Also, your opponents pieces are blocked by it. Only play this cheat up to twice per game if you have a free space in your back row. You end your turn if you use this cheat.

"Soul Shift": During your turn you may sacrifice one of your pieces to give another piece you control the same capture move until the end of this turn. This cheat cannot be used on your king or be used to capture a king.

"Where Did He Go??": During either players turn you may remove your king from the board, but for each of your turns you must sacrifice a piece you control and you must pass your turn afterwards (this must be done at least once before returning your king). When you decide to put your king back in play it must be in the same space as it was when it left. (If an opponent is in that space you cannot return your king. If you have "Timeshare Scam" available, you may return your king to the space it originally was even if its occupied by your pawn and doesn't conflict with the "Timeshare Scam" rule. Otherwise, even your pieces can prevent your king from returning.) You lose the game if you sacrificed all your pieces!

"Human Shield!": If your king is put in Check while another pawn you control is adjacent to it (or in the same space as it) you may declare human shield and swap your king with that pawn. Your opponent must then capture that pawn with a piece that can do so.

"Nagging Negotiations": During your turn you may ask to move one of your opponent's pieces in exchange for them moving one or more of your pieces. If they agree on 1 for 2 then they move 2 of yours while you move one of theirs. The order in which the pieces are moved are also negotiated over. Any amount of pieces can be used in the negotiation. (Neither player has to tell the other which piece they plan to move! Kings cannot be moved this way!) After everything is moved, the turn continues as normal unless a player is put into Check in which case, the player who is in Check must play their turn. If both are put in Check the game ends in a Draw.

"Witness Protection": If you've lost 9 or more pieces but one of your pieces haven't moved this game, you may put it into "Witness Protection" which means your opponent must declare when that piece is put into Check. Also, that piece must be captured twice. When captured for the first time, capture the piece that took it and put yours back in the space or in the space where the piece captured it from.

"Checker Master": If you have a Pawn on your opponent's first row, you may declare that you're the Master Of Checkers (instead of trading the Pawn for another piece) and from then on, all Pawns move the same way Checkers would move and can only capture the same way a Checker would. If a Pawn reaches the first row of an opponent or if a Pawn is already there, then the player that controls that piece may reverse this rule and trade that Pawn with a captured piece.

"I'm Taller Than You": Before the game begins (or whenever both players choose to do so) each player may assign 1 Pawn to be "tall". Tall Pawns can move up to 2 spaces forward at a time or capture pieces that are up to 2 spaces away in a forward diagonal direction. (Mark the Pawn after choosing it. Marked Pawns cannot be used for any cheat other than the one they were marked for.)

"The King's Right Hand Pawn": Before the game begins (or whenever both players choose to do so) each player may choose one of their Pawns and mark it as the "Right Hand Pawn". During your turn, instead of moving, you may swap the King and your "Right Hand Pawn's" places. If the Right Hand Pawn is captured then the King must be returned to it's original starting position and cannot be moved during your next turn unless it's placed in Check. If it cannot return to it's original starting position for any reason then you lose the game.

"Tripwire": If you have 2 Bishops across from each other by any distance horizontally and an enemy piece moves to a space between them, you may declare "tripwire" and capture the piece. In order to do so you must choose one of the Bishops to move to the space the piece was when captured. Dicey Dodge may be used to dodge this, but a Bishop must still be moved to that space.
